Right to Cancel
This policy applies to customers located in the United Kingdom.
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Returning the goods
After informing us of your decision to cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us you wish to cancel.
The goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging where applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods, or you have provided proof of return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
We may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions
Your right to cancel may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
