Order processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping to the United Kingdom — important information

Our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers. Orders delivered to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties and/or import VAT, collected by UK customs authorities (HMRC) upon delivery.

These charges:

• Are the sole responsibility of the Customer
• Vary depending on the declared value of the parcel and current UK regulations

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 10 business days, contact us at contact@vorenco.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and offer a resolution (reshipment or refund) once the parcel is confirmed lost.

Incorrect delivery address

VORENCO cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer at checkout. If you've made an error, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — we'll attempt a correction if the order hasn't shipped yet.
