Terms of Service — VORENCO

1. Seller identification

The VORENCO website (the "Site") is operated by:

Referred to hereafter as "VORENCO", "we", "us", "our".

2. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to any order placed on vorenco.com by a customer ("Customer", "you"), regardless of place of residence, subject to the specific provisions applicable to deliveries outside the European Union (see Section 8).

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products

VORENCO offers men's compression apparel, including:

• VORENCO CORE — sleeveless compression vest
• VORENCO SHIELD — short-sleeve compression T-shirt
• VORENCO FORCE — long-sleeve compression shirt

Essential product characteristics (fabric, sizing, care instructions) are detailed on each product page. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

Important notice: VORENCO products are compression garments designed for aesthetic and comfort purposes. They are not medical devices, do not treat any medical condition, and do not guarantee any weight loss or body transformation result. Anyone with circulatory, cardiac, or respiratory conditions should consult a healthcare professional before use.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in GBP, inclusive of applicable taxes, exclusive of shipping costs, which are shown before final checkout.

VORENCO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Placing an order

To place an order, the Customer must:

1. Select the desired product(s), size, and color
2. Add to cart
3. Provide shipping and billing information
4. Complete secure payment

An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the Customer. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order by VORENCO.

VORENCO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or stock unavailability.

6. Payment

Payment is processed in full at the time of order, by credit card or any other method offered on the Site. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.

In summary: orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and at checkout.

8. Deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom)

Orders delivered to the United Kingdom and other countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and/or import VAT, charged by the destination country's customs authorities upon delivery.

These charges:

• Are not included in the price displayed on our Site
• Are the sole responsibility of the Customer
• Vary depending on the declared value of the parcel and current UK regulations

We recommend that UK customers check the official UK government website (gov.uk) if they wish to estimate these potential charges before ordering.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

See our dedicated Return Policy. In summary: Customers have 45 days from receipt of their order to request a full refund.

10. Legal warranty

In accordance with French law, VORENCO warrants its products against manufacturing defects and non-conformity, independently of the 45-day commercial guarantee described in Section 9.

11. Liability

VORENCO cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, supplier stock shortages, or postal/customs service strikes.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and following an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights available to consumers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom under their local legislation.
