At VORENCO, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. You have 45 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund — no questions asked, no justification needed.

How it works

Step 1 — Get in touch

Email us at contact@vorenco.com with your order number and the product concerned. No complicated forms, no exit surveys — just a simple email.

Step 2 — Return the item

We'll provide you with the return address. The item must be:

• Unwashed and not worn for extended periods
• In its original condition, tags included where possible
• Accompanied by your order number

Step 3 — Get refunded

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping costs

 Free returns: VORENCO covers the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you once your request is approved.

Size exchanges

If the size you received doesn't fit, we offer one free exchange for a different size, subject to availability. Contact us at contact@vorenco.com with your order number and the size you need.

Items not eligible for return

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective:

• Items that show visible signs of extended wear
• Items damaged through misuse

Defective items or order errors

If you receive a defective product, an item damaged in transit, or something different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at contact@vorenco.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense, with no waiting period.

Returns from the United Kingdom

UK customers benefit from the same return terms (45 days, full refund). In the case of a return, the Customer remains responsible for any customs fees already paid upon initial delivery; these are non-refundable by VORENCO as they are collected by customs authorities, not by our company.
